Book from a different genre than what the most Indian authors have been writing since the advent of Chetan Bhagat. Setting of this book is in corporate world but presents the individual's struggle with being a professional.
Great read which binds you with the book through out your read. Each chapter increases your anxiety for next. The best part in this I liked is when Deepak is narrating the place or situation, you feel you are in that place that moment.
The langauge and narration of complex human relationships is at best.
A very well written Novel. Relationships are so well depicted. One can relate to many feelings. Story gets interesting n gripping once Jaydev lands in London. I must congratulate the author on his writing prowess, and the turn he gave to the story.
One seating read kind of gripping story, I am not a book reviewer or a professional critic but I do read many Indian authors. I found in this book a story line to which you can connect but with unexpected twists which keeps you going to next page. This story has and is about common urban folks you see around you in real life and not the ones you aspired to be or fascinated by. won’t be surprised to see it converted in a movie someday soon.
Gripping from start to finish. Excellent workmanship and understanding of emotions and context. Could not stop reading once started.
Story built up is excellent with first-hand knowledge of places and locations. Felt like moving through the mentioned places.
Sure shot recommended for all age group.
Must read and a Collectors book. To be kept in home library.
An Extremely Powerful Story setup in Mumbai Corporate World, effectively depicting the High & Low, Twist & Turns of the typical Corporate setup, including the impact of Socio–Political environment on it and vice versa.
Very well written. Characters are well fleshed out and appear real and one can connect with them. Gives a realistic inside view of the corporate life. An interesting and absorbing read.
Read a fiction book after a long time and solely to the credit of the book, finished it in one sitting...that explains the gripping ability of this book which I believe is an essential quality of a fiction book....once you start reading it, u should not want to leave it for anything
